Welcome to the introduction of a new category for Professor Pattern’s online academy classes.
As you know, I separate the classes by category. We have classes that focus only on pattern making, and we have classes that focus only on sewing.
(Along with other categories)
For the Building Your Wardrobe classes, we’ll take all the theory learned in previous classes and put it into practice by making clothes for you or your client.
In these classes, we will pick a garment and work together to create the pattern and sew it.
Another change you’ll notice in these classes is that we won’t be using calico; we’ll be using finished fabrics so you can see the differences.
I will offer classes of varying difficulty levels, but these are not classes I recommend for people with little or no experience.
For students with little or no experience, I recommend taking classes on pattern making and sewing from scratch.
Another difference between these classes is that they’re not designed in any specific order; you can choose the project you like best and do it.
I recommend that you take into account the level of difficulty when doing it.
These classes are great for two different types of students.
For students who have just finished university or who want to put all the theory I offer into practice with different projects.
Or for students whose main interest is making their own clothes and, as the category title says, creating their own wardrobe.
